Park houston is an older apartment complex but with the limited amount of All bills paid apartments that are available, they're not that bad. Maintenance request may have to be made twice every once in awhile but they will come and fix the problem in a timely manner. The leasing office staff are friendly. I have exterminated my own apartment a few times to keep bugs (roaches)away. They aren't bad but they do exist. For 595 rent on a one bedroom and 695 rent on a two bedroom you can't be that with lights, water, and cable included.

These apartments can be used temporarily. It's all bills paid when you are trying to save money. This place is not good to raise family or kids. The managers are no help and rude. They Will Not Fix Central Air AND It Is Very Crime infested.
