1000% would NOT recommend living here. My husband and I lived here for one year and a half, it was our first apartment together after getting married and it was a complete nightmare from the beginning. I jumped on what I thought was "a good deal" for the area. They are the cheapest apartments in Livermore, but they are that way for a reason. They are filthy, and roach infested. Since the day we moved in there was pests crawling in the cabinets and we were probably the cleanest tenants there. ...
Management is a joke, they KNOW there is an infestation, and yet they only spray each unit if they report sightings once a month. I thought the bad reviews were outdated, but they are very much still accurate. The manager is of no help. There was a restoration of the walkways that was only supposed to take 2 months to complete which we found out about the day before it started, only to find out it took over 5 months to complete. They take pretty much your entire deposit at the end even if you leave the place impeccable. They apparently have a no dog policy yet every tenant there has atleast one dog.. The place is so so dirty, I would never ever recommend it to anyone. I'm so glad to be out.
