Word of caution
January 19, 2025I lived here for 4years and developed mold illness. I can't stress enough the importance of raising awareness for anyone considering living here. Despite bringing up these issues with management, nothing was addressed. I spoke with other neighbors who had similar respiratory problems and toxic mold symptoms due to leaks throughout the building and vents that hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade. The value for what you pay is simply not worth your health. Utah's cold, wet winters make it crucial ...to choose your home wisely; mold is not something to take lightly! I'm sharing this as a cautionary note.Additionally, upon moving out, they attempted to charge me for water damage, which was their responsibility and not caused by me. Good Place and Location But some issues
September 8, 2015This is a good place and location is great for WSU students and people looking for a quiet area with very low crime, Junior high school is only a block east and high school only a few blocks down from there. But some problems with the place, Maintenance is slow to respond and repair issues, because there is only one person and he covers several locations. Also depending on your cell phone provider the signal is very hard to get, T-mobile is mostly the only one that gets a fair signal. The ...neighbors are great though, I have to say I have not lived anywhere else that I have had better neighbors, anyone that would live hear would be happy about that. I have to mention is that unlike any other apartments in Utah, the company that manages this apartment and all of their other apartments, they make the tenant pay the water, sewer, and garbage. The Manager is almost never hear and never answers her phone or return your calls (major complaint from other tenants too on both the water, sewer, garbage charges and the Manager).
