June 17, 2020If i could put zero stars as a rating i would. I moved here for a fresh start all the way from Chicago. I was not expecting the experience i have had here. There are bed bugs EVERYWHERE. I understand that this is Florida, and there will be bugs, but I had to pay my own money for the spray to get rid of them (which did not make them go away) there are roaches and wasps I randomly find in the apartment and my apartment is completely clean. Neighbors are completely horrible. They are aggressive and ...police are here ALL the time. Gun threats, fights, etc. I didn't expect to become best friends with them, but I did not expect this. Only some of the staff however are super helpful to me and tries there best. Others couldn't care less about our needs and should find somewhere else to work. Horrible management
March 10, 2019Really wish we hadn't even brother to renew our lease the management which is constantly changed out is horrible. Went in and informed them i had a neighbor that i don't know anything about or even his name follow me to my car yelling about a non-issue, they did nothing and have yet to do anything about the issue. Unhappy and will definitely be leaving as soon as possible.Review from Apartments.com
New Resident
December 7, 2015We moved into our Apt. on Nov. 15th. The 1st week we had a few issues (nothing major). The office staff and maintenance were friendly and quick to respond. The pool and laundry area were clean, inviting and easy to get to. I love the laundry card which makes it easy and safe to keep clothes clean. This location also offers rental payment options (money order, personal check, or credit card (online only))and online maintenance requests.But the best feature of this complex is the location. In ...front is Winn-Dixie, to the right (pass light) is Dollar Tree, to the left a couple lights away is CVS, transit stops in front of complex on both sides of street (Buses 16 and 17; easy walking to Rosa Parks bus location and transit main office, for those of us without transportation and/or with physical limitation). There is also a Dentist office, pawn shop, convenience store, gas station, VA Hospital, Vet hospital and Shands Medical Complex all within walking distance, plus Main St., and SW 13th Ave. Ohhh I forgot, the office hosts events for residents often and they provide a calendar so you KNOW what events are scheduled and the final day to pay rent BEFORE late fees start. ARBOR PARK APTs is not just focused on college students, it is also FAMILY and PET friendly as well. And did I mention the floors are carpet (living room, hallways, bedrooms and closets) and tile (kitchen, bath and dining area). PLENTY of closet space (we have a 2bd/1 1/2ba with 2 utility closets, 1 hallway w/4long shelves, and 2 walk-in closets in each bdrm). The only downfall is that the kitchen is small. but it does have plenty of cabinets.
