Not worth it, gladly moving when my lease is up

They are never in the office, always changing that little clock to a different hour. We have a wasp infestation on our porch and spiders. Our carport is trash cause when it rains me n my baby are still getting wet while I’m trying to put her in her car seat. The maintenance people are rude and don’t speak any English. One of em was mad cause I had someone tell them to move there car that was parked behind me smh.

We have been in our apartment now for 2 years with very little problems. It is a kid and pet friendly environment with walkways throughout the complex. Pet stations frequent the area so you are able to clean up after your pets and dispose of it properly. Centrally located at the property is a playground for the kids. During the summer months the pool was nice and relaxing. Management has been awesome and tenative with any complaint or problems we may have had and were able to get things resolved ...
in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues were also resolved very quickly. Over all it is a quiet and nice community to live at.
