Very poor management, serious maintenance issues, and unacceptable living conditions

AC does not work at all, only runs a fan and makes the air humid without cooling. During cold days, there was no proper heating and I had to buy an electric heater. Maintenance requests are delayed or ignored. A leaking faucet was left until Friday, then a technician removed the valve parts and left without fixing it, leaving the entire apartment without water. Emergency service said they could only come the next day. Bathroom use was restricted for a long time due to repairs below, and ...

management refused temporary accommodation, suggesting we could move out. Requests are sometimes marked completed without any work done. Overall, poor service that does not match the price.

I’ve been living at Auburn Walk for a while now, and I’m very happy with this apartment community. The grounds are well-maintained and beautifully landscaped, with plenty of flowers and trees that create a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-designed, making everyday living very comfortable. The amenities are also excellent.
