June 13, 2025Great Place to Live In a park-like setting, Arcadia at Rivers Edge is a terrific place to live. Peaceful and quiet, it offers amenities such as fitness center, pool, garden area, private work spaces, kitchen and living room areas, as well as bar space. The grounds are very well kept with manicured grass areas as well as flowers and greenery. Most apartments have balconies or patios, which offer private outdoor space. Office and Rental staff are great to work with and very responsive to all ...questions and concerns. Underground parking in assigned spaces and dog friendly are additional offerings. Rivers Edge park provides a walking trail along the Malden River, as well as benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. The Establishment, a sports/pub-type bar and restaurant, recently opened across the street, has a variety of offerings to suit everyone's tastes. A Halal Market, as well as a sandwich shop, provide additional food options. I would highly recommend Arcadia at Rivers Edge as your next place to live.Property Manager Responded

I was sick and had hospital at home and Lejuan the new man that was hired for the office went out of his way to help the nurses and doctors as well as myself to make things easier.
