    I love living here, maintenance has always been quick but big shout out to Fernando he is always out there getting it done. Another big shout out to Clarrissa in the office she helped me apply and move into my apartment the same day and convinced me that Greystar is the only management company that I will ever live in hands down .     I really like my apartment a lot. Shoutout to Clarissa Maggie and Alicia. They really make every interaction enjoyable. I’ve never really had any major maintenance issues, but every time I have a work order Fernando comes out right away and fixes it. Overall, it’s a great place to be.

    I love the location of my apartment. I have a great view and the layout of my apartment is so awesome. Management has really improved since last year and you can tell they really take pride in their work. I love being in the stone oak area and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else

    We have been at the Archer for a year, and consider it home. So many great improvements have been made inside and out of the buildings and common areas. We have been pest free the entire time we’ve been here. Maintenance is prompt and efficient-always taking care of a request within one day.     Recently moved in a couple months back and love feeling like I’m apart of the community the front office knows me by name and are always a joy to talk with. Plus my apartment is so spacious love the sunroom!

  • It’s improved a lot

    I can’t recommend this place enough! I was scheduled to move out last year and the new manager convinced me to stay and I’m so glad I did because they completely turned this place around! Maintenance is awesome and the staff is always so nice when I go into the office. I can’t wait to see the updates to the clubhouse and fitness center!

    I recently moved into Archer and my experience has been nothing but amazing. Even though it’s an older complex, the management team has really taken such great care of it and they’ve been making some major improvements. The office staff and maintenance staff are all really nice and take care of whatever I need. Definitely recommend moving in here if you’re looking for a quiet, well kept complex.

    The complex is in a GREAT location. It’s close to everything. For the most part, the complex is quiet. Every so often the kids get loud in the breezeways but it’s great to see kids actually outside playing. I think if we have to pay for valet trash but they don’t come on the weekends, they need to install at least 2 more dumpsters and recycle bins because when everyone has to use the one dumpster, it overflows and looks so ugly when you come into the complex. It’s embarrassing if you have guests ...
    and that’s the first thing they see as they enter the property. Also, I hope there is a plan for the doors. Not only do they need to be repainted, but if they moved the number signs, it left that horrible marking where the door number used to be. So I hope they fix that. It’s an eyesore. Maggie is a gem and is super sweet. She’s been very helpful and I appreciate her.

    I love living here at Archer Stone Canyon. It's comfortable and I feel safe. Management is great! The location is amazing because I'm within minutes from my dentist, my doctor, my grocery store, UPS, Home Depot, and many other fun shopping centers. I'm also a hop and a skip away from major highways. Also, there is plenty of parking in front of my building. In addition, many improvements have been made and it is a super clean place to live at.     Archer Stone Canyon is a GREAT community. I love the layout of the complex! The staff is warm and inviting and always kind and professional and this means a lot as a resident! I love the large space and the rent for my budget is perfect! The best part of all is that they are making a lot of improvements. It's the first apartment I've ever lived in where they care about the look and maintenance of the property. Greystar is a great management company and Clarissa is a GREAT apartment manager ...
    and love that she does have an open door policy.!!! I highly recommend living here.
