What Universal City landmarks should I see?

Any annual festivals or Universal City events to know?

Live music and parades dominate the holiday, with several craft and food fairs held in the vicinity every spring and fall as well. 6 Flags Fiesta Texas hosts an incredible Halloween festival the month of October, and SnoFest dominates the winter months in Universal City, even if the title object is found in short supply.
Where are the nearby vacation spots?
Marfa is a wondrous Texas destination, located a few hours drive to the west, and the southern shores of the gulf coast is always in fashion for those seeking fun in the sun. Austin is just 80 or so minutes north on I-35, complete with numerous live music venues and its oh-so-famous BBQ offerings, while the college town of San Marcos is flush with art galleries and even glass bottom boat tours, all less than an hour from Universal City proper.
Where is the best place to move in Universal City?
A number of Universal City rental neighborhoods are just waiting to make your acquaintance, from the lofty Gold Talon to the family-centric Olympia Hills to the aptly-named scenic Forrest Trail.
