October 11, 2024Property management team is rude and unprofessional at all times. All maintenance requests take forever to complete, and they will half- or not even complete your request if you don't pay attention. Management is lazy, and constantly change. The property itself is out of order, it looks terrible in person, the roads are broken constantly the only thing they'll fix is the entrance. And last but DEFINITLET NOT LEAST ROACHESSSSSS everywhere they won't do anything about it either. January 26, 2021I’ve been here for 3 years. I really don’t want to move! Maintenance is quick! I don’t get a lot of break downs, office staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Gym could be updated. Management Improvement
July 25, 2020I have been in the property for the past two years, going to three. The new management team is very neglectful. There's been a series of crimes going on in the area, including the property, and their lack of maintaining the property safe is very concerning. I had one of my trucks stolen from the visitors parking lot, and recently my other vehicle vandalized. We regularly receive information about crimes happening in the property and to be in the lookout for suspicious activities. Recently, I ...attempted to contact the property manager to request feedback about an email I sent her about my incident, which I never heard back from her. At least, empathizing with my issue. The assistant manager responded that "crime happens in Houston, and there was nothing they could do." I'm well aware of crime rates being high in the area, including nationwide. The lack of empathy and professionalism bothered me. It mainly bothered me because I'm concerned about my family's safety. I have never given these people any issues to receive this type of response. Maintenance is always an issue operated by rude maintenance workers. I have never paid my rent late, nor given management a problem. The previous manager was more professional, thoughtful of people’s needs, and less neglectful. I am upset by the way I got treated. Their lack of professionalism is what drove me to inform other people how much they need to improve professionalism. Perhaps, I would recommend management to take some classes to learn how to emphasize with good tenants, instead of driving them away to do what’s in their power to improve issues. Great community
July 13, 2018I have been living at the landing of Willowbrook for about 3years now. I have had an excellent experience with the property during the time Harvey arrived in Houston. I had a lot of friends that lost there Houses and apartments during the flooding. The property Manager and Staff was quick to answer my calls during heavy rain and flooding. The property Officer was observed by me walking the property several time during the storm which made me fill very secure. We just had a meet your neighbor ...event that was given by the landings of Willowbrook. I got to meet some of my neighbor that I would not never got a chance to meet. ? Nothing bad to say
April 30, 2017I lived here for a few months but had to move out early due to job relocation. I honestly enjoyed my time at The Landings. I never dealt with insects, rude neighbors, or an unfriendly staff. The location is great; there's a lot of cool shops in the area. convenient location
June 18, 2016I absolutely love living on this property. This will be my 5th year living at this apartment complex and I would live here 5 more years and refer to move here as well. The location is perfect to all the important things in my life like; the Methodist hospital, Willowbrook mall, target, bank of America, and tons of restaurants. Jessie, Linda, and Bianca work in the leasing office and are very professional and helpful we it comes to attending the needs of residents. Jesse, Angel and Marco are the ...maintenance staff and work very hard to complete work orders and maintenance issues that may occur in your apartment. May 29, 2016Millions of Maintenance problems. Left without a washer and dryer for 2 1/2 weeks when ours broke. Neighbors disrespectful, don't park correctly; key your cars. October 8, 2015I have a problem with water coming under my door when it rains and no one seems to be able to resolve it. the AC is in the living room so when it kicks on have to crank up the TV if you are watching it. other wise not to bad..not the worst place Ive lived ...not the best place either..Oh and the reason foir the name..flight pattern to Intercontinental, PLUS the train tracks are pretty close..you get used to isReview from Apartments.com

Decent Living
August 22, 2015I lived at the Landings of Willowbrook for one year. It was a nice small community apartment. It was taken over by new management when I got there so the communication between management and tenant was exceptionally. The cabinets in the bathroom area were pretty outdated and the gate access was pretty complicated however it was in a great area near the mall. Didn't have any pest problems which is a huge plus. Parking was very a little different considering it was a small area, parking could be a ...little compact. I enjoyed my stay at The Landings of Willowbrook and would recommend anyone to live there.
