Horrendous pace of repairs. I have had multiple issues in my unit. The most recent was heavy water damage to many units on our side of the building resulting in mold and insects. Repeated maintenance requests and follow ups. Still not resolved. Last reply was maybe in September Regret moving here

I have just taken over as the Manager of the building & our response time is now immediate. We do not have any mold in the building and any insects are taken care of by our monthly pest control...clean as a whistle! If you happen to still be living in the building, please stop by & introduce yourself, I'll be happy to personally handle any issues you might have moving forward....Jen

I lived there for over one year. It's in good location, and I literary walked to work. They have fitness center, swimming pool, Sauna and lounge area, which are very good for having a party. The whole building is clean and maintained well. The maintenance team was very friendly and responded quickly. The manager Derreck is very professional and quick to response almost everything. All in all, it's a good experience living there.

Really nice building with upgraded finishes for an affordable price. A luxury building that won't break the bank. Perfect location, with everything you need within walking distance. Short commute to central LA, and you beat the traffic! Highly recommend a south facing apartment if available, the view of the hills can't be beat!

Not a bad place to live! you can literally walk to Universal City Walk, conveniently walking distance to a bus stop/metro if you don't drive, 24 hours fitness center, swimming pool and lounge area, the staff are very helpful and they keep the place very clean, they tackle any maintenance issues right away...

I've lived at Archview for almost a year now. Maintenence is prompt when needed. Katie in the leasing office is friendly and quick to respond. Lowest price for the quality of apartment around the area. Beautiful view of the pool and the hills. The only downside is kids take over the pool so it's usually not available to the tenants, especially on the weekends, and it gets very loud if you live in a pool view apartment.
