Great new maintenance crew Joe and chance I appreciate these two great with working with your schedule First couple of moths were rough but once they got there team together it as a complete 360. Mold in Unit I was very happy with the size of my unit. I loved my apartment. The only bad part was that there was mold in my bathroom by the water heater I reached out to the manager and she didn't do anything about it. Neighbors had mold also and office took care of it right away. Manager was aware we shared the same wall but never tested my unit until I started getting the city involved. I started getting headaches missing work but Manager didn't care. As long as Someone was there to do her ...
job. So if you care about your family and pets make sure you ask questions regarding the last time these unit were checked for mold.

Some good but too much bad

Nice complex, amenities, and interiors. Problem are the fights. I have lived here 5 months and have already seen 5 different fights in the parking lot. One of them woke me up at 2 am, and went on for about an hour. I don't feel safe.
