About Arden Town Apartments

Our complex is centrally located on Arden Way, a few miles down from the mall. Our complex is one of the most secure complexes in all of the Arden Area. We have high tech gates, security cameras, and a great courtyard feel. Solar heated pool, and a community garden, and a help yourself herb garden too. Once you enter, you will forget about the outside! We have multiple floor plans for both 2 bedrooms and 1 bedrooms. We do not have studios. Pricing depends on the location, and level of remodel. Generally speaking, each floor plan is available with a large patio, balcony, or no outside space at all. Some of our units are fully remodeled, while others have simply been updated. We aim to provide good value and a great place to live. You can look at pictures, and apply online. Once you have applied, your application will be checked for our prerequisites. If you meet all our requirements, you can setup an appointment to view an apartment and/or go right to credit check by paying for your credit/background check.

Arden Town is a safe and secure complex. Management and maintenance are always available as well as happy to help. You get a real sense of community here whether by visiting the herb garden for a last minute dinner ingredient, or by attending one of the many events/contests for tenants. On top of everything, its also very affordable. So much bang for your buck. Definitely enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend others check it out too.

Simple and affordable

This property is in a great location, the apartments are a good size, it's well maintained and pretty quiet. These are older apartments so there isn't Central heat/air and parking can be a problem if you own more than one car. All of these things are discussed by management. He is very upfront and honest.

Great Complex

The Arden Town apartments are a great place to live! I lived there for about a year from May 2018 through April 2019. The landlord, Patrick, was very nice and helpful. Any maintenance requests I made were handled promptly and without much fuss. Patrick is very fair and laid back and appreciates his tenants! He strives to keep rents low, which is always great. While the complex is a bit old on the outside, they are constantly doing renovations around the complex. It is also a very safe place to ...
live, despite being right on Arden. There are cameras everywhere and armed security at night. I never felt like I had to even lock my door. There are also communal gardens and BBQs. This place is especially great if you are a college student as rent utilities aren't too high, though you won't be able to party here if that's what you're looking for. There are a lot of families that live here and quiet hours are enforced. The only con that I can think of is that using the laundry machines is a little pricey and you have to load your laundry card with cash. Overall, I was sad to say goodbye to my apartment here and if circumstances had permitted I definitely would have signed another one year lease.
