Great place to call home

Love living here. Spacious apartment homes with a unique and cozy an open floorplan. Beautiful well kept landscaping with tons of hummingbirds and many variety of butterflies. It's like living at a vacation Condo.

When we moved in there was a great property manager but she left and was replaced by a manager who is rude and a bit anal. Since living here my unit has had three water leaks, the AC unit needed to be replaced (even though we had never used it), and the front gate has had problems working. The complex is nice to look at and is spacious, however the units are old and have foundational issues. Maintenance does not stay on the property and only shows up when called (with delay). There are only two ...
guest parking spots so if you have multiple cars or any visitors they will have to park on the street. This is not the end of the world but for how much you would be paying it’s not the greatest. They only offer six month leases and the manager had said rent wouldn’t go up after the first six months but it did. I would recommend looking at other options before deciding on this property. The management company is rude and unorganized.

We’ve lived here a few months and I love it! The apartment itself is very nice, updated, and spacious. It feels more homey than other apartments I have been to/lived in. The manager, Juan, is so nice and always gets back with me ASAP. Coming from out of state San Diego really overwhelmed us, but Escondido has a homier feel. I’m truly enjoying having Walmart, Aldi, and Planet Fitness 2 minutes away from the house!

WORST. MANAGED APARTMENTS. EVER

The pictures attached to this site are misleading. They are low angle shots. These apartments are TINY. The washer and dryer connections are actually outside on the balcony in a tiny storage closet which gets covered in spider webs. The weight room is also very, very tiny. If there are more than 2 people in there, it is cramped and nobody can move. They do not call back when you call or leave an email for assistance with a repair. They do nothing if somebody parks in your space oh and there ...
is no guest parking, AT ALL. They do not notify you when they are doing a repair to the plumbing. You just wake up one day and the water is off without notice. The price gauging for water is just ridiculous. They weren't even managing these apartments 2 years ago so that BEST PLACE TO LIVE review is an obvious lie. That should tell you how this management team operates. They will say anything to get you in the door and then slam the door in your face when you need help with anything.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

Never in my life have I encountered such an awful place. I could honestly write 3 pages of their wrongdoings, and poor etiquette, and lack of dignity, but I will just name a few things. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT GETTING MONEY FROM YOU AND WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING, CHARGE YOU WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU. They have thrown these apartments together in a matter of a few days per unit, and call them "luxury". They have blanketed and masked problems and thrown a few ...
pendant lights up, and that's about it. Did I mention they charge for water " for every person over 5 years of age"? You can ask for a repair, but don't expect one. Expect major problems with the entire apartment and expect to pay for it- due to their lack of integrity.

Complex is well keep has pool & jacuzzi that are keep up owners have yearly dinners for Thanksgiving & Chistmas they supply all to eat & give everyone gifts. in the last 10 yrs I have lived in 8 different places I will know longer need to look for another place to live .
