Steven made my leasing process incredibly smooth. I was moving in from out-of-state, and he addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and went above and beyond. Great location, downtown area so comedy club, beer hall, great food and ramen (nojo ramen is very close by and it’s some of the best in the city) but what’s cool about it being next to everything is that the community/neighborhood itself is really quiet. So go out have a good time come home to peace and quiet. It’s also pet friendly and there’s a gym here. The floor to ceiling windows as a person who needs indoor natural lighting is amazing and I don’t know how frequently they wash the windows ...
but they washed all windows 3 weeks after I moved in. I’m new here but I’m starting to really love this place and location (:

The management team, maintenance team, and cleaning team are all aligned and work very well together. They are always professional, polite, and patient - their work ethic is exceptional and they make the community a wonderful place to live. the city within minutes - no need to take expensive ride share vehicles. I like that there are green bins for compost - helps the environment. Many other neighborhoods within walking distance. Cultural locations like symphony, opera, ballet and library are nearby the building. Overall an excellent experience - thank you.

They have been nothing but a Dream where I can call Argenta home that's what everybody wants to be safe and to call somewhere home and Argenta you can do that. Leasing agents all the way to Janitorial this building is very friendly, caring, and I'm happy that I live here.

After 22 years in San Francisco, I have found my dream apartment! My unit is quiet, well maintained, and the open layout gives me so much space. The front door staff, as well as the leasing staff, are super friendly and always there to greet me when I come home. The location is super convenient to everything, so you have easy access to the freeway, MUNI train lines, shopping, and anything else the Bay Area has to offer.
