Worst management ever

Three years ago, when I moved in, this place was a dream but it was my biggest nightmare by the time I moved out. The building is beautiful but old, and even worse the company does nothing for upkeep. They have laundry services. 3 out of 7 machines work and it's located in the basement that constantly floods. Any time I had an issue they would take their time coming out and did very little to fix the problem. The upstairs neighbor overflowed their toilet TWICE in 6 months. They sent out ...

maintenance once and they did nothing besides look at it. I had to clean the dirty water myself. Constant mold and water leaked into my bedroom from the window frames. They knew for months and never did anything about it either. They allow drug users to live there and there were more than 10 occasions when the police came out, at all times/hours.
