Not so Luxury
August 19, 2024I lived here since 2021. There is a homeless people problem that can't get controlled. The staff is not friendly and do not wave when you walk by. 20 cars were broken into and there wasn't any coverage from management for damages. The furniture is dirty and needs to be updated. I got stuck in the elevator twice. The staff do not follow up in a timely fashion ! There isn't any parking accommodations for guests. A shared parking lot for concerts making it very hard to park on event nights. ...You get what you pay for but this isn't worth it and there isn't any community events or complimentary water or coffee in lobby.Property Manager Responded
