February 24, 2026Overall, Arrive Alexandria has been good for the last few year. The only thing I ask is to handle the package delivery issue. I have lost about 7-8 packages over the last 5 month. They will need to block that little area where the delivery folks drop the package in the lobby. Have a big sign that say put the package either in the locker box or delivery to their door.Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2026I loved the maintenance guys they were always on top of getting to us to fix any problem we had. Most recently we have had a pest issue that was supposed to be fixed but after we still had an issue.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The apartment itself is great, the location as well. My neighbors, around my apartment unit are quiet and respectful, except for an incident we had about 6 months ago when a couple down the hallway was screaming and hurting each other and our elevator was vandalized by someone. The maintenance of the building is GREAT they always fix everything quickly and are kind people. The cleaning crew is also great and keep the building good. I have security concerns about the complex, packages were stolen ...MULTIPLE times, I had 3 of mine stolen by someone else. Something better than leaving packages unattended in the lobby needs to be done. The front door of the building was unlocked for multiple months. The garage for the lower lobby never closes and people can easily go inside the building. The gym 2 out 3 treadmills don’t work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
