September 5, 2025Arrive has improved drastically with their control of pest and rodents. The trash chutes are still a work in progress however, they are only humans and can only control so much! Residents aren’t always orderly, they tend to not follow the garbage chutes rules, and they are starting to liter on the sides of the buildings that are used for stairwell exits. This contributes to roaches and rodents, the neighbors usually follow the quite hours. The laundry area is residential use- often times it is ...filled with dog/cat hair which is horrible for residents with allergies! There is no common courtesy! We used to have a resident above us an they would start blasting music around 8pm -3/4am! They have since moved out thankfully; otherwise to that the complex is what you make of it! One more thing, the fees are a bit outrageous for as well as parking here, it isn’t covered parking, often times ppl are speeding through the apartment complex, the dings on your car will happen!Property Manager Responded

Don’t bother.
September 1, 2025At the beginning of our lease things were great. As time progressed, everything went downhill. Managers at the office take forever to help with requests, people smoking weed, rats, fire alarms constantly going off in the middle of the night, people vandalizing our vehicles, not to mention neighbors not respecting quiet hours. If you are a Military family, save yourself and do not apply here. Not a good place to live at all. Plus, the elevators and garage doors never work. Price is definitely not ...worth it nothing “luxurious” about this complex.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025So far this community seems pretty decent. I wasn’t too crazy about the fact that a lot of my mail is placed on the ground in the lobby instead of in parcel containers even though I’ve set up a box. Additionally, my key fob is not needed in order to enter the building. I specifically chose to live in this community because of the extra security. When I signed the lease, I requested a reserve parking spot and I still haven’t received one. Guest parking is extremely expensive(five dollars a day or ...over $350 a year) and after visiting the garage I’m almost happy I didn’t receive reserve parking because the garage smells awful. On the surface Arrive Alexandria seems really nice, but don’t be fooled as they do have a tendency to paint over everything that was ruined by the last tenant. I recently discovered a piece of gum that was painted over on the window pain.Property Manager Responded
