April 23, 2025the leasing office was very nice and accommodated to anything i needed being a military member just moving here. the only complaint i had was the day of move in while i was cleaning i noticed the shower head was spraying out water from where it was connected when it turned on. other than that no complaints from me!Property Manager Responded

November 12, 2024Giving a 1 star because I've had maintenance issues since the day I got here. There is no sense of urgency to get these issues fixed. The follow up on work orders is lacking tremendously. Two comments that really stuck to me from the staff here, Maintenance: "Doesn't look pretty but it works." - this was referring to him "fixing" a door; Property Manager: "There's no money in the budget to fix that this year." - this was referring to the sliding door that is still not fixed. It is out of track at ...an angle and unable to properly close and lock. The maintenance contractor placed a drill bit under the door in attempt to close it and it's been like this for over 2 weeks now.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2024The management refuses to take accountability for misinformation, and they ghost you when you actively seek resolution. They act very nice when you talk to them, but once a problem arises based on their mistake, they refuse to acknowledge it, try to pass the blame and ignore you. They tell an incorrect story to cover themselves, and then blames the tenants while they know it was their fault. These unresolved problems caused serious financial hardship, and have been left unresolved for 38 days and ...counting.Property Manager Responded

May 14, 2024It was overall a really good move in experience. I did have to call for follow ups a lot as nobody reached out regarding the approval process, and then the move in meeting. But the unit was clean and ready to go. It does smell like mildew but other than that everything has been amazing.Property Manager Responded
