September 9, 2025We moved to Arrive in late May. This summer has been great as the outdoor pool is kept so clean and there are plenty of chairs to enjoy the sunshine! We enjoy all the outdoor walking spaces as well. The grill stations are a bonus for outdoor cooking! We missed the Ice Cream social and National Night out as we had other plans, but like that the community plans special events for all to participate in!Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2025apartment's location is very convenient and amenities are well-kept. apartment walls are relatively thin, so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, and sometimes pet owners may not clean up after their pets. unit itself is spacious, and maintenance team is very helpful.Property Manager Responded
