February 25, 2026I have been living at Arrive for over 4 years, and my experience has been mostly positive. The location is absolutely fantastic. I am within walking distance to Walmart, Indian grocery store, McDonald. The maintenance staff is very responsive; whenever I have submitted a work order for minor issues, they have arrived within 24 hours to fix it. The building amenities, especially the gym are well-maintained and never too crowded. However, the noise insulation could be better. February 24, 2026I would not recommend. This apartment complex is dirty, broken down, and the other residents living here do not respect others. Constant children screaming, trash and dirt everywhere, parking is a nightmare. I would not recommend living here to my worst enemy.Property Manager Responded
