October 25, 2025I have been a resident for a while now. Great neighbors, great team (office & maintenance.) The amenities are a plus, pool, tennis courts, basketball court & gymn. Proximity to shopping, eateries & main road access is ideal. The cleanliness of the community inside and out is outstanding. I plan on staying a lot longer.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025I have lived in this building since 2018. From 2018 to May 2024, I had a wonderful experience, until I moved apartments on the same floor, just to a larger unit. Since that time, I have had consistent problems with pests, despite my cleanliness. Actually, this whole building has had a major problem with cockroaches, I have addressed it with property management multiple times and there has not been a real solution for almost 18 months of this terror despite my documentation. September 24, 2025I’ve had a good overall experience living in this community. The staff is responsive and helpful whenever I have a concern, and maintenance requests are usually resolved in a timely manner. The location is convenient, and the building amenities make daily life easier. The common areas are well kept, and parking is generally available without hassle. While there can occasionally be noise, the community feels safe and welcoming. September 14, 2025We were really enjoying it until cockroaches started appearing in the hallways in the laundry room and in our apartment, the residents of this building don't like to keep a clean environment, besides that almost every day we get stuck in the elevator because it gets stuck and doesn't open the doors and they take a long time to help you.Property Manager Responded
