I have been living here for the past 10 years, and the community has been generally quiet and well-maintained throughout this time. The location is convenient for daily needs. The manager, Jonathan, is very responsible and helpful, which is why many residents prefer to resolve their issues directly with him; however, he appears to be overloaded with responsibilities. January 2, 2026I moved into this house one week ago, and unfortunately my experience so far has been disappointing. Since moving in, I have noticed flies and cockroaches in multiple areas of the house, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, the carpet was not properly cleaned before move-in and is already coming up in several places. This makes the home feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable to live in. For a new tenant, these are not issues that should exist from day one. ...A clean, pest-free environment is a basic expectation, and the current condition falls short of that standard. The loose carpet is also a safety concern and gives the impression that repairs were not completed before the property was handed over. Overall, I am unhappy with the condition of the house at move-in and hope these problems are addressed promptly for a better living experience.Property Manager Responded
