August 24, 2025The renters’ insurance agency outsourced by the apartment management has been tough to deal with. Even though we have valid renters’ insurance, they continue to apply fines, leaving us stuck paying both the insurance and unnecessary penalties. They do not respond to emails, and it has been a very frustrating experience with no support or resolution from anyone.Property Manager Responded

They also explained all the fees I was being charged, as well as who to contact when I needed help. July 21, 2025Overall, it was a great experience and the property is well maintained. Just a few issues to note: some of the closet doors aren’t closing properly due to the overhead pipelines, and some internet accessories left by the previous owners are still in the living room. It would be better if these were removed so new tenants can organize the space more easily. I’ve enjoyed staying here, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The staff are all very friendly and professional, you get use of the outdoor pool, fitness room, internet center and more all included!
