Building is great. Our issues have entirely been with the tenants, which isn’t necessarily the PMs fault. Units may appear expensive at first but when you actually balance what you are getting and the amazing area it is in, it’s actually a pretty good deal.

I like the apartments, maintenance is great. The package system is nice and there’s a beautiful community room/workout room. Neighbors are polite and most people seem happy here. The several dogs I have met are sweet and well behaved.

So far, this is a cozy environment and the floor plans are beautiful. I’ve just moved in, but I’m encountering a recurring issue with someone occupying my assigned parking garage space. Despite already leaving two notes, this vehicle remains. Management has been emailed. Will go down the line to figure out what to do so I can use my assigned spot as paid for and intended.

Can be noisy but kids will be kids! The staff are friendly and take care of the things we need when we request along. Parking lot is always open not to busy and the garage is well kept. Over all would recommend living here to friends and family.
