ALERT!!! WARNING
June 26, 2024This place is horrible, everything falls apart the ac is trash it doesn't work. You ask to have it fixed they don't care. If you try to put a window unit they say they have to look at it and see if it is to their liking. walls leak, water always tuned off for maintenance, in the winter the heater does not work . swimming pool is dirty and the seats covered in bird poop constantly. I wish I could get out of my lease and move. It is a nightmare here and I'm a single mother. Not even safe to live ...at! And the laundry is extremely dirty never clean. Rude, WILL NOT HELP YOU, ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.
November 3, 2018Me and my boyfriend thought this was the best place for us at the beginning, however once you’ve signed the lease, management is rude and do not care about your problems. We had a neighbor who harassed us, threatened to kill us and we had 4 police reports against him! He looked inside our windows and always had nasty things to say to us. He even vandalized our vehicles!!!! We were worried for our safety and talked to management for help. However Laura the manager lied to us, didn’t help us and ...gave us A LOT of attitude and negative responses. We even have a recording of her saying that, “she doesn’t need to give us ANY safety while renting here.” We tried going to corporate and they didn’t help either!! After talking with most of the neighbors they all had the same things to say about Park Ridge and how we are treated disrespectfully after signing the lease. From personal experience management is always rude and will not help you in case of emergencies.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2018I do not recommend this hovel to anyone. The place stinks , the water comes out very nasty. and the maintenance service is horrible.
