May 28, 2021The property is filthy and sits in a crime-ridden neighborhood. The staff are dishonest and rude. Parking is terrible, and cars get broken into all the time. “Resort style living” indeed.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2015Location, location, location. This well maintained pet friendly complex is a 5 minute walk to the Escondido transit center and downtown Escondido. Excellent access to I 15 and Centre City Pkwy. All the shopping you need is within a five minute drive. Amenities include in unit laundry, garage, fitness center, heated pool, Hot Tub and covered grilling area compete with tables and two Gas BBQs.Review from Apartments.com
