We’ve lived here for almost 10 years, and the way this place is being run now is a joke. Any time we call for maintenance or repairs, we get attitude, excuses, or flat-out ignored—and it takes weeks for anything to actually get done, if it ever gets done at all.
There’s a tree in our front yard that drops these grape-like berries all over our cars, staining the paint and making it impossible to even park in our own driveway. The previous management used to handle it without a problem. The ...
current management just keeps stalling and blaming “delays.”
They also leave old, broken appliances sitting out in the parking lot like it’s a dump. It’s unsafe, it looks terrible, and it’s nowhere near the “luxury” they advertise.
To make things worse, the pool hasn’t been working for who knows how long, even though it was one of the main features they used to get people to move in.
And when you try to call the office? Half the time their voicemail is full. You can’t leave a message, and no one calls you back anyway. Total lack of professionalism.
If you’re thinking about moving here — don’t. The place has gone downhill, management doesn’t care, and you’ll regret it.
