While the layout is open and the brick fireplace makes it feel slightly like home (I'm actually from NJ,) the chances of you actually getting to rinse out the mounds of shampoo you just put in your hair are slim. I'm not sure what is constantly wrong with the water supply, but at least twice a month the water is shut off. When the property manager is feeling generous, he/she/it will let you know. He/She/It does not feel generous very often.
Motorcycles do live here. They love to rev their engine ...
as loud as possible, too! Along with their very loud music! I'm pretty sure they've made it a game of which they can get louder.
It does seem, however, that there has been an effort to keep respectable people in this complex. The trash has been replaced with quiet daisies, so really only the motorcycle is left to be the loud one. He gets a break on Tuesdays when the gardeners come wake you up at 7am.
But, like I said, the fireplace is cool.
