Terrible customer service
April 26, 2021Booked an appointment to tour here as I am looking to move in July. Scheduled my appointment for 1:30. Arrived and sat in the lobby for 15 minutes. Heard some talking and went and asked for the leasing agent. The man I spoke to told me “I was looking at him” and he “would get to me when he could”. About 5 minutes later he walks out and says he going to take someone else to tour the amenities. I asked him if we could tour a unit since we had booked an appointment. He told us the walk in took ...priority and was extremely pompous and rude. Did not apologize for making us wait 20 minutes. Had no interest in helping us. I asked if they honor appointments. He said walk ins take priority and we would have to come back another day. Extremely rude and not pleased. Will not be coming back.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 18, 2019This is my first time to live in an apartment in over 20 years. The staff here is amazing. Mike and Brad in maintenance are always super helpful and nice. Everyone here is friendly and stops to speak when they see a resident. Community is safe and pet friendly.Property Manager Responded
