Terrible customer service

Booked an appointment to tour here as I am looking to move in July. Scheduled my appointment for 1:30. Arrived and sat in the lobby for 15 minutes. Heard some talking and went and asked for the leasing agent. The man I spoke to told me “I was looking at him” and he “would get to me when he could”. About 5 minutes later he walks out and says he going to take someone else to tour the amenities. I asked him if we could tour a unit since we had booked an appointment. priority and was extremely pompous and rude. Did not apologize for making us wait 20 minutes. Had no interest in helping us. I asked if they honor appointments. He said walk ins take priority and we would have to come back another day. Extremely rude and not pleased. Will not be coming back.
