Location, Location, Location!

If you want to experience everything Asheville has to offer, then this is the place for you. Central Downtown location gives easy access to anything you might need, or want. Within walking distance of at least 100 restaurants, bars, and breweries. Grocery stores, Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's are a 5 min walk. This Historic Building was built in 1915, and was converted to apartments in the late 1990's. No two apartments in this building are the same. Very unique with lots of charm. As well, the ...

residential floors 2, 3, and 4, sit above "Malaprops Bookstore", and "Zambra", an awesome wine & tapas bar. If you want quiet this is not the place for you. We love it!
