I have requested to clean the carpet 5 times and they called me to sign papers 5 times and 6 months later my carpet is still not changed, they have increased my rent without even telling me. Currently the place has had no water since last week

The management is the worst part, they couldn't care less about you. Ive been living here for 4 years and now going to move because my stove and refrigerator recently broke and the manager told me she can't do nothing about it and she lives right by and when she moved in she got a new stove and refrigerator I told her about it and she says to buy my own new stove and refrigerator. DON'T MOVE IN UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE!!!

Resulta que yevo aca dos contratos .antes todo muy bien ,no acostumbro a hacer esto pero desd que an yegado personas nuevas a vivir esto no sirve ponen sus bocinas a todo volumen toda la noche tomando qebrando botellas afuera tomadera en los parkeos nunca se cambien serca del 253 son personas muy agrecivas y escandalosas uno acá no puede ni dormir por tanta buya parece disco no recomiendo estos apartamentos y su sicurity se pone a tomar con ellos esto no no no lo recomiendo...es enserio los ...

Bedbug infestation

This very old apartment complex that has a very big bed bug infestation. They do not disclose that they have bed bugs to tenants. Beware of this location. I lived my entire life without any bed bug problems within months after moving into an apartment the bedbugs started appearing. Management later notified us that other neighbors are suffering from this problem even before us, It is not worth the trouble find another location.

They have made an effort to remodel the apartments and fix them up, but the maintenance sometimes leave wall outlets not working. These are old apartments so the pipes do cause trouble (human feces on sidewalks). Its is more secure with patrol around. The office will help you and they are nice folk.
