August 3, 2025My husband and I have lived at Ashford Villas almost 5 years was one of the first people to move in! Been through several property managers and a couple new owners! This last one Ram Partners has been the worse! The upkeep here has turned horrible! We pay a lot of money to live in a run down place! If it weren’t for the fact we love it being like having your own home and not an apartment we would be gone in a second! Pool is always filthy because a robot vacuum is used that doesn’t get the 4 ...corners of pool, bathrooms at pool don’t get cleaned as often as needed , flowerbeds never get worked on, pet stations are normally over flowing with bags of dog poop! I really wish they would make us more classy we are like the red headed step child between the 3 properties they run!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 19, 2025Being one of the first 4 people to move in, it has been an experience. with only 1/2 of the units finished, it was a mess at first. there was everything you could expect, mud from construction, pool not opening till last month of summer, plumbing problems etc.., but we stayed knowing it would get better. Yes it did get better, obviously we are still here, hoping that things will remain the same, really enjoy being here and would like to remain for years to come.Review from Apartments.com
