Good Decision
November 27, 2024From the first visit to move in, it was a good experience. After being here for one month, we realized that this was a good decision. It's quiet, convenient, roomy, and management was helpful. Maintenance this far has no snags. We recommend living here. And we look forward to being here for a while.Property Manager Responded

Waste of Money
May 2, 2024I moved here in May 2023. The apartment was dirty and they charged me a nonrefundable moving fee of $300. The dishwasher was not working, I requested service two times and they couldn't fix the dishwasher. They gave me a new dishwasher almost at the end of January 2024. smoking weed and barking dogs are big problems in this complex apartment. The windows are leaking air and they don't caulk them as I requested. There is no regular staff in the office & when I made an appointment via email a week ...ago, no one showed up in the office. The water heater is very noisy which shouldn't as I have been rented different apartments in the past & they weren't as noisy as this one. I have to call the police three times for dog barking, emailed the office, and met them in the office in the past, but nothing has been done. I'm glad I didn't renew my lease for another year & can move out in 2 months. So, don't waste your money renting here. You can rent a townhouse at this price somewhere else. By the way, Tatinia said it is a pet-friendly property, my calling to the police about the dog barking in the hours of 10:20 pm - 11:55 pm doesn't matter, it is on me not them. Great community
May 16, 2021Beautiful apartments. Apartment manager Chuck was super nice and helpful with getting us moved in. The maintenance man Johnathon is friendly and helpful getting everything set up for us. The dog park is super cute. I have been greeted by multiple tennants while walking around. Has a great community vibe to it. I couldn’t be happier.Review from Apartments.com
