Definitely wouldn't recommend
March 14, 2022We toured a unit, which was perfect for what we needed. So, we completed the application and paid the fees. I then had to follow up to see what if any other information was needed (which they asked for quite a lot of information). The last time I heard from them I was given a story about how we didn't qualify. I say story because all the information they say wasn't accurate was accurate and can be verified by Public County documents (which I have copies of). So, in essence, they lied to us. ...If they didn't want to rent to us, we should never have been shown the unit and they should never have taken our application fees (which must be returned in check form even though they took it via credit card). I have a suspicion of why we didn't qualify, and it had nothing at all to do with the public information and everything to do with color. But that is my opinion, and I don't have any proof, or I would sue!! The apartments are very nice, however the people working there are not!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Going Down Hill
June 29, 2019I have lived at the apartment complex for two years now. Prior to the sale of the apartment complex to a new owner the previous management were excellent. As of late 2018 a new management company took over with new owners and it has gone downhill continually. There is not been a month that is past that I have not seen local police department responded to some type of an incident at the complex. Prior to the sale of the complex I had never seen local police department on site ever.
