Priscilla and Rick are both amazing and take very good care of residents, always checking in on us when we walk by the office and always taking care of any issues immediately. We got pregnant and had our first born while living at Ashton, and I felt very safe in this community while pregnant and later with a newborn. I feel confident whenever I reach out to her about anything that she will take care of anything that comes up quickly. The maintenance staff also does an amazing job keeping the building clean and functioning. Whenever we had a maintenance request, it was handled fast and the work quality was excellent. We also enjoy our apartment’s large square footage, which we find is rare in SF. ...Additionally, we enjoy going on peaceful walks by the SF bay that make us feel like we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while also being close to major parts of SF. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe overall, minus some fears of car break ins when our guests park outside our building but that is an issue throughout SF unfortunately—I have seen some shattered windows in the guests parking areas. The amenities are perfect, there are food trucks that come every week that are apart of Spark Social, we are on the water with a beautiful view of the bay, 10 minutes from the Mission, and it is very peaceful and quiet while relaxing at home.
