The Ashwabenon Estates are very quiet and very spacious nice courtyard for all residents but residents are... A little unkind well one this resident gets VERY VERY angry when the door accidentally slam the door he even threatened some one. The maintenance is a little slow but better than before when the old maintenance man just drove around in a white van smoking all day but now the maintenance is better. Another thing is that the laundry machine doesn't work sometimes and starts shaking... But ...
everything is very spacious even the garages closets are big bedrooms are big and the bathroom is fairly small but overall it's a great place and if it wasn't I wouldn't have lived here for about 16 years have made some great friends here. :)

Only been here for a month and I love it already. This is my girlfriend and I's second apartment and we love how spacious and quiet it is! A one bedroom is plenty of space for us. It has a dishwasher, two walk in closets, open floor concept, first floor laundry, patio/balcony, and is located right down the street from Oneida St where there's plenty of restaurants and retail stores! There's also a bus line close by and right by the highway!

Love this place! Just moved in a month ago and me and my boyfriend love it at Ashwaubenon Estates. It's quiet, cheap laundry on first floor, garage, two walk in closets, patio/balcony, dishwasher, etc. It's close to Oneida St. down the road from Lambeau Field and a lot of retail stores and fast food/restaurants near by! Definitely worth the price!

The apartment is great for it's size with little wasted space. The kitchen has a decent amount of counter space, bedroom is a great size, bathroom is great with a nice little storage closet (perfect for storing towels and cleaning products) and the closets are HUGE! My husband allowed me to larger closet and it is so large that I can fit my desk, my clothes, various decorations, etc.
A few little complaints:
Apartment smelled like smoke (It is now smoke free, but two leasers ago did smoke in ...
the apartment.)
Dishwasher leaks water all over the floor and doesn't clean dishes.
Also, the kitchen sink is shallow, so with the situation with the dishwasher and the sink, dishes are a chore.
The landlord and the office workers are absolutely wonderful people.

This complex has an awesome location that is very close to Oneida St and Bay Park Square. It is a short drive (or even walk) to get anywhere you need to go. Water is also included in the monthly rental fee, so that is an added bonus. The only bummer is that they do not allow pets, but because of that, the apartments are all pet hair free/ allergy friendly. The management staff are friendly and helpful. This apartment complex is on the bus line, which features the major shopping area of Green Bay, it's restaurants, and all amenities needed to live a good life. The management is very prompt in answering resident's needs, and repairs, and the grounds are well maintained, grass cut weekly, snow plowing and shoveling done immediately, and the buildings are very well maintained. night for sleeping. We have lived here 9 years and love it. Our apartment is large and beautiful. There are a combination of residents from the first time apt dweller to older adults. There are very few problems with residents, and if something should happen it is dealt with immediately. I appreciate the management team, and all they do for us on a regular basis. I also appreciate that you must have a back ground check, which includes criminal background check, and financial credit check. Children are welcome here, but no playground equipment is present due to liability issues. There is a middle court yard for all residents to enjoy, and the kids play there or ride bikes on the pavement near the garages. All the children play together, neighbors know each other, and we watch out for each other. It's a great place to live.
