The carpet was really dirty, They told me they will cleaned it, After signing the contract they "cleaned" it, but the dirt is already stuck and it still looks disgusting. The kitchen furniture was sticky and the blinds were really dirty, I told them but they didn´t clean it and I have to clean it by myself.

This apartment complex has treated my boyfriend and I well so far. The single bedroom apartment is quite large and the place was in good shape when we arrived. The area can be somewhat loud, due to the high concentration of college students in Corvallis and the sound of cars, but otherwise I feel safe and sound. It is conveniently located by a laundromat, 7 Eleven, and Fred Meyers store (and many more places). Overall, I love it here so far and the management group (we have mostly talked with ...
