Management does not care and maintenance won’t come.
June 8, 2025I’m writing this review on behalf of my partner who lived there from 2024-2025. Maintenance took 6 months to fix a faucet in the bathroom. Showers were impossible because the diverter and then some was broken. He had to temporarily fix the diverter himself. When maintenance did come, they left trash in the apartment, gunk from their shoes on the rug, and dirt in the bathtub. Tenants frequently get the police called on them late at night. One tenant screamed in the halls into the early mornings ...and attempted to break down doors. Tenants smoke inside of the building—both marijuana and cigarettes. Electricity was exorbitantly high and management charged a professional cleaners fee when my partner left the apartment cleaner than it was found. The apartment has cigarette residue dripping through the paint from the previous tenant, dirt and dust on top of the fridge, and cigarette residue all throughout the appliances. They will show an apartment with two windows but most apartments only have one window for the whole apartment and it’s in a bedroom. Smoke inside and when there’s snow nobody care to cleans the
January 20, 2019There’s no rules about smoking in the building. People smoke inside. The landlord do not do anything about it and I’m pregnant. Another thing is when there’s snow nobody came to clean the parking lot. That’s a risk. Laundry is coin operated. Maintenance is good 24/7 service.Review from Apartments.com
