January 8, 2025Quality Apartments The apartments were nice and I enjoyed the style of building/ type of apartments we were shown. The amenities were great and I loved that the parking was fully covered/enclosed. We have a reactive dog though so living with such long hallways to get from point A to point B. The apartment choices are varied and the property is well maintained with indoor parking for everyone. The property managers were very thorough and friendly. WARNING!!!!!!!! Don't say you weren't warned!
February 14, 2022WARNING!!!!!!! Move to this apartment complex at your own risk!!!!! 3 weeks after moving in here, our brand new car was burglarized! Then just this Saturday morning at around 5:30am, a guy jumped from the apartment patio on the 4th floor to ours on the 3rd floor, and made off with a $4000 bike that we had stored on our patio. You are not safe in your home here. We are awaiting the police report so we can take legal action against the owners of the complex. This is purely insane! Nor you or your ...car is safe in the garage that you are charged monthly for. Cars are stolen and broken into nightly here. The leasing company could care less. You are renting at your own risk, is what we were told! The manager in the office is very RUDE and highly unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!Property Manager Responded

March 21, 2021The office staff are nice to you at the beginning of your lease however don't expect that to continue. Neighbors in the building have zero care about anyone else. Very thin walls and floors -- expect to hear everything and have your walls shake.Property Manager Responded
