Maintenance Request Maintenance guy (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name now even though I asked what his name is) did a great job addressing everything that needed to be fixed. It should have been fixed prior to moving in, but it is what it is.

After a year half Love this place. Garbage disposal leaking. Fixed it within hours of submitting order. Neighbors are great. The management staff is excellent.

Dishwasher issue Anthony went through a process of elimination to determine the root cause of the issue. Upon receiving the needed part he promptly returned and fixed the issue. And then tested it to make sure it was working properly. No complaints from me

Quality Apartments The apartments were nice and I enjoyed the style of building/ type of apartments we were shown. The amenities were great and I loved that the parking was fully covered/enclosed. We have a reactive dog though so living with such long hallways to get from point A to point B. Aspect was our second choice of apartments out of the ten complexes we were looking at.
