After moving in we realized how many things are not right. Maintenance basically pieces this place together with anything that will temporarily fix the issue. There are a lot of moisture issues around the apartment… yes MOLD.
It has been a quiet place to live and aside from the mold, crappy repairs, and run around from management. If maintenance actually fixed things at least one thing at a time and management took it upon themselves to look into the issue and get it resolved, living here would ...
be okay. I’ve never had issues with my neighbors and it’s been fairly quiet. The apartment itself is spacious. Just really look into what apartment you are getting yourself into. There is clear evidence there was once roaches in this apartment and leaks that ruined the wood in both bathrooms. You can also tell they put the most absurd temporary fixes to it.
I’ve been contemplating a review like this but at this extent I’ve been ignored for way too long. The amount of money you pay for these apartments (keep in mind you pay for EVERYTHING separately) is not okay for how much they overlook any issues. Long story short, this is as passive of a review I could give.

Management is super rude. Have half mold growing and so many other issues since I’ve moved in 6 months ago and they have yet to fix anything. Constant battle with them over everything. Do not recommend.

I love love love living here at Aspen Hills! Located near gas stations, grocery stores & some food places. Just being one of the many great things about this place. I recently moved out of Aspen Hills because I bought my own home but I loved it there! I lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse which had a ton of space and a vaulted ceiling! The bedrooms were big as well and lots of storage. Rents were reasonable as well. My kids loved having a field to run and play plus there are 2 pools. Great little community, I highly recommend!

If you like people breaking into your apartment maintenance team going through your personal belongings and never finishing the job the first time to were you have to keep calling them back over and over again on the same issue. Management never answering your calls only wants to handle things by email only when there is a problem then they totally ignore you tell they decide to knowledge your existence. Beyond no storage space and neighbors not respecting your privacy then YEAH ...

Just moved thank goodness the air system is too old for a two story apartment. Would get up to 90 upstairs with the air on in the summer. When we complained was told summer is hot.. Would be freezing in the winter that I can handle more. The extreme heat causes mold. One week I called the office 30 times with no answer and when they finally answered I said hey I left a message 2 days ago. They said they hadn't had time to check.
