HIDDEN FEED AND NOT AS ADVERTISED
March 20, 2024I was in the process of moving here based on the three months free moving special . Turns out that “special” is actually one month free while the rest of the remaining months is a prorated rent amount . That’s not what was advertised AT ALL. Then it’s very hard to receive consistent communication and I have to even moved in yet . Tried signing a lease three times and have been sent a fourth lease because they had the fees mixed up. I’m just deciding to stay where I am at. I would not advise ...anyone to seek an apartment here !Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2023You will be gaslighted and blown off by office staff. Maintenance issues will go unaddressed. They will tell you that they are short on staff, which has been the excuse since I’ve moved here. Your car will be broken into or stolen. You have to ask for pest control even though you are charged for it monthly. Definitely not worth the headache.Review from Apartments.com
No maintenance team/poor management
August 13, 2023Tbh please do not rent here. There is no maintenance team and they are constantly changing management. They have mice and roaches and you can't access the amenities they speak of the gym is nasty,dog park is nasty and the pool is barely to never up and running.Review from Apartments.com

July 15, 2023This property has had multiple owners over the past few years. It's near impossible to contact office staff or get issues and maintenance resolved. Management is sketchy and evasive.
