NEW MANAGEMENT
April 26, 2024Wonderful complex. I love the pool. It's heated, which is REALLY NICE in the winter, and there's a beautiful picture window that I can look out of while I swim, which is super cool at sunset. By the way, they have a new office staff! New manager, AND new leasing agent! They really are fixing things around here! Come in and meet them sometime, they're really nice. Sam is the manager now, and Kelly is the leasing agent.Review from Apartments.com
Love the amenities!
April 25, 2024The amenities here are amazing! They have an indoor heated pool that's open year round! Plus a movie room, pool table, ping pong, hot tub, and more! We're saving so much on entertaining our kids! Also, we found that they're one of the only complexes in Rexburg that allows pets!Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
March 23, 2024The price is was more than you get. The apartments are run down and you don’t get a dishwasher. The laundry machines are gross and cost 1.50$ per wash and 1.50 per dry. Management keeps adding new rules and they say if you mess up one time they can make you move out after the next time you mess up within 3 days. They also accuse you of stuff you haven’t done saying you have violated your lease when you have not.Review from Apartments.com
Dishonest
October 17, 2023They won't honor your lease. They make new "policies " that override your lease. For example, they take away my internet access, even though they verbally agreed it was an included in the lease, and they want to charge me an extra 200 dollars because I'm trying to register another occupant in the lease. (The lease says that adding people to your lease won't increase rent.) They also insist there is a cancelation fee, even though the cancelation fee on the lease says "not applicable ".Review from Apartments.com
