Management is horrible. They never answer their phones / emails. They have charging us extra $300-500 a month on utilities with no end date of the extra fee's. Are threatening us to get evicted for not paying extra fee's we were never notified about . DO NOT COME LIVE HERE WORST PLACE EVER

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now. The apartment we live in is a one bedroom but very spacious for a decent price. The area is not too bad, we have never had anything bad happened. No one ever takes packages here or steals. Neighbors are very friendly and always say hello. Virginia is very nice. They are doing a lot of renovations and changes which we appreciate. Some of the dryers don’t work too well but they have installed new ones recently. We plan on staying here for a ...

we have lived here for 3 years on our 3 manager she is very nice and the maintance crew is great too when we have a problem we tell Virgina and she is on it we are happy to recomend this appartments to anyone and the appartments have just been remodeled very nice

They do not have door to door Trash pick up. They do not have walk in closets for the 1 bed rooms. The property manager is never on site. It takes up to months for a request to be handled. The property manager has horrible customer service. All utilities are included in an increased rent. I currently live here and do not recommend this place for anyone! Currently go remodeled with construction workers that did horrible work. It’s been around 3/4 mo the and I still have a new skylight in my living ...
