New Management is Unprofessional

The previous manager resigned over the weekend. Nice guy and already missed. Reinforcements were brought in. Let me tell you! If she doesn’t begin speaking with upmost professionalism, (as she should given her position as property manager) a formal grievance will be filed with the property management company or owner of the complex. She belittles the tenants and talks over them when addressing any concerns. There’s also mold EVERYWHERE! If you’re in the market for a place to live, KEEP LOOKING! ...
New management has made this place a very hostile environment. It’s very sad.

There are 96 apartments on site with only 5 visitor parking spaces! If you plan on having visitors, plan on having your visitors park at In-N-Out, the church adjacent from the complex, or at the medical office building and have them walk. If you park in front, cars will be towed and cost $300. If you decide to live here, know that there are many pot holes throughout the tenant parking area. It's best to keep looking!

Thank you for expressing your concerns. We do offer our residents up to 2 assigned parking spaces per apartment. This amenity has limited our visitor parking to a total of 10 spaces. We do reserve 4 spaces in front of the property for prospective residents to be able to park and get information at the leasing office. They are only reserved from 8:30 to 5:30 but may be used by visitors after the office has closed. Easton Street permits legal parking for any overflow visitors to use when needed.
This winter we experienced far more rain then in the past several years. The asphalt did take damage due to this heavy amount of water that was able to penetrate the surface. We have repaired several of the pot holes that were created and will better prepare the grounds for the up coming winter.
Thank you again for bringing your concerns to my attention. We will strive to better Easton Square Apartments each day.

Perfect location,easy access to freeways, right next to many good resturants. However the traffic to leave the apartment complex can be hectic sometimes as there are long lines leading to the In n out or the Wingstop. Overall nice nieghborhood to be in nice people to conversate with.

I starting searching for apartments in Feb of this year. My roomate told me about apartments.com and gave me the info to check out the site for listings. I didn't want to relocate too far from my son's school so I tried apartments down the street from me. The reviews were very helpful and the description of the places. I had been searching for places since feb. of this year. Finally after looking at 4 potential places, I came across Easton square apartments. The only thing was the location, ...
which it was way across town from my son's school, But in a better area and very quiet. The restaurants are right across the street and market is close by, all walking distance.I went in to see what was available but there was a waiting list and I felt really bummed out. I needed a place asap, so I decide to get on the waiting list anyway. Me and my room- mate were about the 25th on the list and I felt like there was no chance of getting in. So I just continued to search on apartments.com But I continued to call frequently to see if anything became available at Easton square. Then after almost 2 months I got a call to come in and fill out an application at Easton square for units that were just about to open up. The reviews on info on apartment.com were really a good help. I really got the place me and my room - mate wanted. The parking is assigned but not over crowded at all. It's very and I mean very quiet at these units. The gates are always locked, the Ac in my unit is awesome:) The laundry facility is open 24hr.The guy in the leasing office attends to your needs quickly and efficiently. As i mentioned before about the restaurants and market are walking distance. which is great since it only takes me 2 mins to walk to my Favorite burger place In N out :)
