Love living here!
July 17, 2025My boyfriend and I moved in here at the end of April and we are really impressed with the place. We’re in a 2 bed 1 bath style and it’s the perfect size square footage-wise, and there is tons of storage space. Maintenance is always on top of things and completes work orders in the same day. We also live right by the 2nd pool and I see them cleaning it every morning. The grounds are well-maintained, and they’re renovating the main pool and seem to be working on another area of the property too, ...which is nice to see their money reinvested into the property. And last but not least, Barbara in the office is an absolute sweetheart and was SO helpful all throughout our application and move-in processProperty Manager Responded

Not for people who enjoy a good night's sleep
October 19, 2024Here are the FACTS regarding our experience: • This is an EXTREMELY NOISY complex. While we understand a reasonable amount of noise is expected living in an apartment complex, we have NEVER experienced noise to this extreme. • Large groups of people hang out on the only tennis court almost every evening, allowing their kids to scream and run around, riding their bikes, etc. It is so loud, we can hear them with the doors and windows closed and over the volume of our tv (and we’re on the other side ...of the building). There is a sign posted that the tennis court is only for tennis, but this is NOT enforced by staff. If you enjoy playing tennis, you will not be able to do it here. • Residents here play their music on their lanais so loudly you can hear it inside your apartment. Two ladies set up an amp and speakers (to blast loudly) their singing karaoke for the whole complex. People in cars will crank up their music and just sit in the parking lot with their doors/windows open. While some of this happens during the day (hope you’re not on a work call!), most of it happens after 8 pm and will last until after midnight or later. • We have been awakened by people partying in the parking lot, pool, tennis court, etc. over and over. Last night it was 3:15 am. If you complain to the office, they will tell you to call the police after 10 pm. The last time I complained about the noise, the staff member suggested we should move out. • The lengthy apartment lease lays out the complex’s rules and regulations regarding the garages, tennis court, pools, and even noise levels. NONE of it is enforced. As long as you pay your rent on time, you can do what you want. • The tension between residents is real. Not everyone likes the noise and will yell, often shouting profanities at other residents. It makes for an uncomfortable living situation. We’ve talked to other residents who have moved out for the same issues we’ve encountered. Bottom line: • If you work from home or work long hours and appreciate a good night’s sleep: this is NOT the place for you. • If you are a respectful, rule-following apartment dweller: this is NOT the place for you. • If you are seeking somewhere to live where you can do what you want any hour you want: this IS the place for you. • If they would let us out of our lease early without penalty, we’d move. It truly is unfortunate, as if the staff would simply enforce the terms of the lease, living here would be awesome.Property Manager Responded

Black mold
August 7, 2023In the one year we lived there, we had hurricane Ian bring water through our bedroom wall and create mold on and under the carpet. We made multiple maintenence requests and nothing was done about it. Upon move out, they are lying and calling it pet damage and won't fix the building so they can scam the next person too. Don't move into this complex and specifically building 1308, unless you like mold. The front office staff was always pleasant but the upper management is horrendousProperty Manager Responded

Do Not Go..
April 19, 2021I just moved out of the community. This community was not tenant friendly. Management will not take time to listen your voice and maintenance team is horrible to fix your things. It's better to stay away from this apartments. When i was moved out, they did a pest control services in my unit and they've charged as moving out bill but when i talked to the management assistant, she was saying to raise a dispute. This is the first time that I'm hearing about pest control services on tenant. ...Basically, this community is one of the ROACHES friendly and they're charging these bills on tenant while they're moving out..Property Manager Responded

June 12, 2020I lived here for 6 years up and all they have been doing is raising my rent and on top of that the maintence barely even work on problems , my roof has been leaking for years! And they said they fixed it but they didn’t . Do not recommend .Property Manager Responded

Apartments are cockroach infested!
June 29, 2019I have lived at Asprey since May 2018. Since I moved in, I have continuously had a problem with cockroaches in my unit. On a regular basis, about every two weeks, management would send a “pest control service” I have continuously had a problem with cockroaches in my unit. On a regular basis, about every two weeks, management would send a “pest control service“ to spray my apartment. They have been to my unit approximately 25 times since I moved in And the cockroach issue has not gotten any ...better and if anything has gotten even worse. When I was considering moving into Asprey, I did see other reviews that said the apartments have a cockroach issue. I didn’t think much of their reviews. February 3, 2019someone intentionally drill screws in my 4 new tires in Aspray community in feb-2019 , and in aug -2018 my car wind shield has broken, No response from leasing office the gates are always open, there is no security across the community My friend 4 tires are stolen. November 6, 2017Trash removal? That's a lie! TOO expensive. Nothing is included. Never any move-in specials. Office staff is NASTY, you can voice your concerns and they DO NOT CARE TO HEAR ANY EXCUSES! Pay your rent on time or they will send you THREATENING emails and letters that say THEY WILL TURN YOUR ACCOUNT OVER TO BE EVICTED... even if you have previously spoken to someone, they will still mess you over! They are VERY PREJUDICE, they will cater and take care of who they want! If you have a maintenence ...problem they will blow you off. My dryer caught on FIRE, not smoke, FIRE! After the police and everyone came to my house and calling after hour maintiece I was informed that my situation was NOT IMPORTANT and they will be there in 45 mins to 2 hours meanwhile, my entire apartment was filled with black thick smoke and ashes everywhere!
