Dusty and Mold
October 13, 2022While living there for a year, I experienced mold/mildew a few different times in the ceiling from pipes bursting or a washing machine leaking. I experienced some hair loss while living there- not something the women in my family experience. It's growing back though now that I've been out a couple months! Thankfully! It is also incredibly dusty. I had to rinse out my tupperware each time I used them. My closet that I didn't wear every week got layered in dust and I had to wash everything when I ...moved out. Not sure if it's good to breath that all the time. The area does feel safe. But I had a couple window that never locked, so I used a board to secure them. July 27, 2021I've lived here for 3 years now and have been so happy! garage included, no pet rent and a block from Medicine Lake and it's trails. It is super easy to get to from 169, but it doesn't feel like it's that close to the highway. Even during the pandemic and a lay-off they worked with me so I was always able to pay my rent. They have package service so you don't have to worry about deliveries. Balconies or patios on each apartment, and indoor pool and sundeck.
