This property is poorly maintained. The maintenance team is a joke. The maintenance team lives in the property, however, does not do anything to maintain the property nice. They blow away the leaves maybe once a year. You submit a work order and it takes them over a week to fix it. It might be affordable compare to other places, if you don't mind spending your hard earn money to fix it yourself.

This started off as a nice place to live but has gone downhill FAST. The managers have changed 4-5 times in the 2 years we've lived here. We cant get a hold of anyone about our lease or pet agreement. Communication has been awful with every new manager except for the one who was originally here when we moved in. I'm sure if there was an emergency it would be no different. No responses unless it has to do with giving them money. If the owners or whoever was in charge would do a better job then ...

this would be at least 4 stars. It started off great for us. Now its terrible. Not worth it. Don't move here.

We moved in a month and a half ago. From my understanding it is under new ownership, and management which is beautifully conveyed through the work they have put into our townhouse. Every single detail shows care and pride from the quartz countertops to the rainfall shower head. It’s our own private sanctuary right in town. We absolutely are in love with this place! Care and pride shows throughout!

No maintenance staff. Owner does all the repairs himself poorly. Mold infested, Mice problems. unresolved plumbing issues. Pest control is minimal and uneffective. However for the area it is quiet. There is no pet play area and NO walk in closets
