Outdated building that comes with dirty and smelly common areas. Only one elevator out of 2 works. AC in the lobby does not work. No parking. No gym/pool. Management makes bad decisions regarding the "upgrades" of the building that just makes living less comfortable and more expensive (Valet trash service is just a joke that comes with mandatory fee).

The building itself is outdated and everything takes ages to be repaired. It took them about 6 months to fix the roof with number of leaks reported. One out of 2 elevators never work, dirty and smelly common areas. AC in the lobby stopped working 2-3 months ago and still to be fixed. New management tries to improve the building by doing random “improvements” that nobody needs or asks (changing perfectly fine tiles and wallpaper outside elevators).They also just introduced VALET TRASH service ...

without asking that comes with mandatory monthly fee. No parking, no gym/pool. Also a lot of homeless people next to the entrance to the building at all times

This is the perfect place to live in the heart of downtown, there are many places that are within walking distance, great restaurants and plenty of attractions that are nearby (Bayside, AAA, Mary Brickell Village) Unlike other apartments in the area, this place is pretty affordable compared to many of the apartments in the downtown Miami area. The building itself is old but the property group does a great job of maintaining it and keeping it at a certain level of luxury which gives it an ...

eclectic mix of old fashioned and modern. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys living the city life at an affordable price.
