mole in apartment walls and flooring are very old maintenance only patch up work. other then this out dated apartment. nice tenants and concierge ,it could be a perfect Building to live in if management upgrade. i will rate this building 2 stars.

Great location, everything else is Sub-par

Atrium Village's location is perfect, close to transit and the BEST neighborhood in Chicago. Old town is rich with bars, restaurants, work out options and neighborhood activities. When it comes to Atrium Village, Onni (the owners) are only holding on to this building until they knock it down to build 4 high-rise buildings. Although this is financially smart, the management team is horrible! They are rude and do not want to help anyone. Do not expect anyone to ever go above and beyond for you. ...
The door staff is amazing, friendly and always helpful. Having free parking anywhere in Chicago is amazing, but my car has been vandalized in the open air lots and yet again management doesn't care. If you are looking for the best deal in town, this is it! But do not expect anything other than what you see.
