Great location and a great building to live in with your family — safe, secure, and right in the heart of Streeterville. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue, Navy Pier, and the lakefront. The staff is helpful, the amenities (pool, sundeck, gym) are well-kept, and it genuinely feels like home. Highly recommend for families.

Loved living here at first, but realized that over time the maintenance, staff, etc. truly had it out for me or I have no other reason to believe they didn’t since they truly started just straight up being so different and hostile. I have always been such a great, sweet person to everyone apart of this building. I don’t cause problems and I’ve been truly hurt by the way I have been treated. Luckily moving to my new condo after the lease is up. Wish you all treated me better.

The location in Streeterville is great! The staff is wonderful! I love all of the activities they have for the tenants. My only wish is that they would bring back the hot tubs.

Great!! I moved for a job relocation from another state and from the get-go everyone has been so easy and pleasant to work with. The front office made the process so easy and smooth during a crazy time for me. The maintenance workers were helpful and friendly and got a small problem fixed quick and easy for me!
