The location in Streeterville is great! The staff is wonderful! I love all of the activities they have for the tenants. My only wish is that they would bring back the hot tubs.

Great!! I moved for a job relocation from another state and from the get-go everyone has been so easy and pleasant to work with. The front office made the process so easy and smooth during a crazy time for me. The maintenance workers were helpful and friendly and got a small problem fixed quick and easy for me! We have lived at Atwater for almost 1 year now and couldn’t be happier! The amenities are amazing, every staff member has been kind, maintenance request are completed quickly, other residents are respectful and the building is always super clean. We truly have no complaints at this time and are excited to enjoy the pool again soon!

The staff and maintenance are incredible and so quick to be helpful. Very safe and quiet place to live. All common areas kept very clean. Any maintenance request I ever had was resolved within hours
