Do NOT count on the amenities when you’re deciding whether the price point is worth it for you. The actual apartment is really pretty but the amenities are available about 50% of the time. To date, the pool has been out for 3+ months (advertised as year-round, since its heated) and the hot tub was out for 3 months, opened a couple weeks ago, and is already green. The recent hot tub issues were due partly to repeated incorrect use of the emergency stop button, leading to specialty replacement parts needing to be ordered.
