Nice property, nice management, but online service
August 1, 2024While living here, these apartments have changed management but both have been very good at being responsive to get things fixed! The online services leave much to be desired. The website does not work at all half the time, so it makes paying rent a headache. The leases online also need clarity. I was able to get clarity through email and text, so be sure to ask questions if you don't understand. My unit did not have a washer, dryer, or dishwasher because it is one of the older units but the ...bathroom was charming and the kitchen was remodeled. Refreshing
November 17, 2020Just moved in a couple months ago and they are great! We had a pretty bad experience with our last apartment. Never felt cared for and things were overpriced with all kinds of random fees. This complex is much different. Super quick on helping with maintenance and replying to concerns. Very nice renovated on the inside and super friendly staff and neighbors. I feel very cared for and taken care of for the first moments of moving in and if we aren’t ready to buy a home next year we will 100% stay ...here just because we know we can rely on them and that they are not shady to work withRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor management
July 10, 2020Since the apartment was remodeled I feel like they tried to cover up probelms it previously had. I’ve texted and called management and have not heard from them- plus rent keeps going up each month and there is no reason or response after I’ve calledReview from Apartments.com
